    Custom Made Products

    All Mittys products are custom made to order based on customer-supplied designs, artwork, colour selections, or written instructions.

    Production does not commence until sufficient design information has been received. If any information is missing or unclear, we will contact you to confirm details before proceeding.

    Because products are custom made, change-of-mind refunds are not offered. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

    Pricing & Payments

    All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

    Prices for Australian customers include GST. International customers are not charged Australian GST, however overseas orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country.

    We reserve the right to change prices or product availability at any time without notice.

    Returns & Refunds

    Returns, repairs, replacements, and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
