What file formats do you accept for uploads?
We recommend high-resolution vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF. We also accept JPEG and PNG, but for best results, We would like to receive Vector Files.
Can I request changes to my design after uploading?
Yes! After you upload your file, our team will review it and contact you if adjustments are needed. Minor changes or layout tweaks can be discussed before production.
How long does production take?
Standard production time is 2–3 weeks from the date of artwork approval. If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us before ordering.
Are these jackets and caps approved for official racing events?
Our silk kits meet racing standards, but you’ll need to ensure your colours are registered with the relevant racing authority before ordering.
Can I reorder the same design in future?
Absolutely. We keep your design on file for easy reorders—just contact us with your previous order details.
What if my file isn't perfect or print-ready?
No worries. Our in-house team can assist in preparing your file for print for a small fee. We’ll contact you if anything needs fixing before production begins.
