Mittys delivers custom racing colours, apparel and race-day products throughout Australia. Pickup is also available from our Melbourne workshop, and international customers are welcome to contact us for a tailored shipping quote.
Order Production Times
Most custom Mittys products are produced within approximately 10 business days after payment. This is the production timeframe and does not include delivery time.
Production begins once all required information, sizing and artwork details have been supplied and approved. Larger, more complex or bulk orders may require additional production time.
Australia-Wide Delivery
Mittys ships to residential and business addresses throughout Australia.
Shipping costs are based on factors including the delivery distance, weight and volume of your order. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout for eligible online orders.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the freight service used. Regional and remote destinations may require additional transit time.
If your order is required for a particular race day, presentation or event, please contact us before ordering so our team can confirm the expected production and delivery timeframe.
Bulk, Large and Special Orders
Online checkout shipping may not be suitable for bulk orders, large quantities, bulky products or orders with special delivery requirements.

Melbourne Workshop Pickup
Pickup is available from the Mittys workshop in Melbourne once your order has been completed.
Please wait until our team confirms that your order is ready before arranging collection. The workshop address and pickup instructions will be provided with your order confirmation.
International Orders
Mittys welcomes enquiries from racing clubs, owners, trainers, syndicates and customers around the world.
International delivery is quoted individually based on factors including the destination, weight and volume of the order, and any specific delivery requirements.
Please contact Mittys before placing an international order. Include your full delivery address, the products and quantities required, and your preferred delivery timeframe so our team can provide an accurate quote.

Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, the relevant details will be emailed after your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take a short time to become active after the parcel has been collected by the freight carrier.
Delivery Timeframes and Delays
Delivery timeframes provided by Mittys or the freight carrier are estimates. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions and delays affecting regional or remote areas.
Please allow sufficient production and delivery time when ordering for a scheduled race day, presentation or event.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Additional freight charges may apply if an order must be redirected, returned or dispatched again because the supplied address was incomplete or incorrect.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged or your tracked order appears to be missing, please contact Mittys as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, photographs of any damage and packaging, and a clear photograph of the shipping label so our team can investigate the matter with the freight carrier.
