How does the 3D jockey silks designer work?
Choose a jacket pattern, then customise the body, sleeves, cap and individual design elements using your preferred colours. The interactive preview updates as you make changes, allowing you to review your complete set before ordering.

What is included with my jacket and cap?
Your set includes one custom racing jacket and one matching, fully lined jockey cap. Both pieces are manufactured from the same design and fabric to provide consistent colours and a coordinated professional finish.
What materials and construction do Mittys use?
Mittys Silk Racing Colours are made from lightweight stretch polyester satin. “Silk” is the traditional racing term for jockey colours; the modern performance fabric is selected for its smooth finish, flexibility and durability.
Colours and patterns are applied using dye-sublimated printing, which embeds the design into the fabric. This produces smooth colour transitions without sewn hems between printed colour areas. Each garment is finished with colour-matched fasteners, elastic cuffs, reinforced seams and professional stitching in Melbourne.
What if my design is not available in the builder?
Our in-house team can help if your required pattern, logo or design is not available in the standard builder. Send us your registered colours, an existing garment, a sketch or a description of what you need, and we will review the design with you before production.
A custom artwork or design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the request.
How long do custom racing colours take to make?
Production typically takes approximately 10 business days after payment has been received and all design details have been confirmed. Shipping time is additional and will depend on the delivery location.
If you have an upcoming race or a fixed deadline, please contact our team before ordering. Urgent production may be available depending on the product and current manufacturing schedule.
How should I care for my jockey silks?
Wash your racing colours using a cold, gentle machine cycle or carefully by hand with mild detergent. Line dry in the shade and avoid bleach, fabric softener and tumble drying. If ironing is required, use a cool setting on the reverse side of the garment.
